During the last few weeks children got to know some new vocabulary related to television. To be exact, they learnt the names of different TV programmes, for instance: quiz, weather forecast, series or news. As we all know kids really like watching television, but how about appearing on it?

Here is an enjoyable and pedagogical game I play once a week with my students in the Kids groups.
The objective is to increase students learning, to encourage their appropriate social behaviour and decrease their discipline problems. This game has been well-received by the students since they are looking forward to playing it!!
This is actually a project taken out from one of the Kid’s Box books. Last week we were talking about music with my students in the group Kids 3 and I thought it would be a good idea to have some fun during class making their own instrument.
Today I am going to show you a fun project that I have done this week with my students in the group Kids 1.
As we are going through the unit related to the house and its parts, I thought it would be a good idea to stimulate students’ creativity and get them to ‘build’ their own house.

I have always been very keen on handicrafts and I am thankful for being able to create my own material for my English lessons. I consider that creating specific material is always beneficial for the educational exchange that takes place in the classroom, as it stimulates attention and motivation at different levels.
Hello everyone!
In this post I have decided to dedicate some time to one of the youngest groups I am teaching this school year, Kids 5.
